When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to our booking terms and conditions. Please note, debit/credit card details are required for all bookings and WILL NOT be charged. Please provide your card details at the time of booking to secure your reservation, as we cannot reserve a table without these details.
Once we have verified your card details, an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided, and this then constitutes as our acceptance of your reservation with us.
We do not accept gift vouchers in conjunction with any Late Deal or Special offers.
A charge will only occur if you fail to turn up without giving us notice or for a cancellation or for change of date within 7 days of the seating time of your table reservation. In this circumstance the charge will be the tasting menu price on the day per person for the restaurant and the tasting menu price on the day per person for the Kitchen Table.
Once you have made a room booking under the normal tariff, this cannot be Transferred to a late deal offer.
If you have reserved accommodation with us, check in is from 16:00 onwards. The tariff for accommodation including breakfast is from £255.00 (single) to £285 (double). We operate a 28 day cancellation/no show policy. If you cancel your booking 28 days or less from the day of your reservation no refund would be applicable.
Where a refund is given it will be subject to a £10 cost of refund charge.
Our telephone line is open from 10am until 3pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if we can’t answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you leave a message on Saturday or Sunday, we will reply on the Monday.
You will receive an email to confirm your reservation. Please be sure to check your junk folder.
Cancellations must be by email and you should include your booking reference number.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings. Should this be necessary we will offer to move the booking or issue a full refund of any monies paid if an alternative date cannot be agreed upon.
Unfortunately, we do not accept major dietary requirements to our tasting menu.
Please note we do not offer a vegetarian or Pescatarian menu.
Unfortunately we do not accept children in the restaurant under the age of twelve.
All prices shown are subject to change and include VAT. We add a 12% discretionary service charge to you bill.
